No.3 Making the 'supervisor' jacket - a work in progress

The outer appearance of this person is of someone who believes in and enforces 'the rules', and is almost religious about seeing their tasks all the way through to completion. They are direct and honest, and have the strength of character to ensure that other people stick to theirs. I have expressed this type by making a security guard's jacket, of slightly shiny black fabric and with high contrast military or police-style details in white and red. Details emphasise their compliance with the rules.

This is the jacket so far.

The inner person, though, is by its nature more difficult to imagine. I am making the lining of this jacket to be expressive of a feeling of inner turmoil and time pressure. But since I actually feel that those I know of this personality are quite cuddlesome inside, I am doing it in rug-hooking so the texture is a bit like a teddybear.
